Our 5 Simple Rules
Price
The price must be under $10. We only look at stocks you can get started with using pocket change.
Exchange
They must be on safe, major exchanges. We completely ban shady "over-the-counter" penny stocks or pink sheets. Everything is on the NYSE or NASDAQ.
Savings
They must have 1.5+ years of cash in the bank. The company must have enough savings to run its business so they don't suddenly go broke.
Trust
They must be trusted by big investors. We track public filings to ensure professional institutions and funds are buying alongside us.
Revenue
They must have active, paying customers. We completely ignore hype, concepts, or ideas. The company must be selling real products or services today.

We design our stock list to be incredibly simple for everyday people to read and understand. However, please do not confuse simple reading with safe investing. Stocks that trade under $10 are inherently volatile. We simply give you clean, verified data so you aren't guessing blindly in the dark.
